Shichuan Strawberry Farm Introduction
Shih Guang Strawberry Farm is located in Shih Guang Village, Guanxi Township, Hsinchu County. With years of strawberry cultivation experience, it is a well-established strawberry farm in the Guanxi area. Here, the unique-flavored Benihoppe strawberries and the rare limited-edition Yuki-usagi white strawberries are primarily grown. Careful attention and dedication are given to nurturing high-quality fruits, attracting many enthusiasts to come for tasting and fruit picking during the strawberry season. The growth of strawberries occurs in four phases (from the end of November to the end of April), with the first batch of flowers in each phase producing oversized fruits, followed by a sequence of large, medium, and small fruits, creating a distinct rhythm for harvest. Due to the limited quantity of Yuki-usagi white strawberries, their availability remains scarce.
