Yun Jie Farm Introduction
Yun Jie Farm is backed by mountains and topped with a blue sky, unfolding a vast garden area before your eyes. In winter, the strawberries hanging from the vines are a stunning sight, reflecting beautifully against layers of green leaves, bringing a sense of tranquility. As you enter the strawberry garden, the owner Lin Zhaoxuan hands you a pair of scissors and a basket, kindly introducing the various strawberries and vegetables grown in the garden. The most eye-catching feature of the farm is its treasure, the "Qili," which has been personally improved by Lin Zhaoxuan. The large, plump, and glossy red fruit looks as if it were a ruby in the countryside. After a simple wash, taking a bite reveals a taste that is eight parts sweet and two parts sour, captivating in both flavor and appearance. The greenhouse also cultivates tomatoes, Mino melons, and sweet corn. During winter, there are irregular openings for tomato picking. The tomato vines cascade down like a green waterfall, with red and orange tomatoes of various sizes hanging in between, shimmering with a delicate luster under the sunlight. The larger "Momotaro" tomatoes are sweet and tangy with a dense texture; "Yunv" tomatoes are bright red and plump; "Xiaomi" tomatoes are sweet and delicate; and "Chengmixiang" tomatoes have thin skin and are juicy, ready for you to pick at will.
