Daling Trail Introduction
Located on the northwest slope of Sh Twelve Fenpu Mountain in the Canshan National Scenic Area, the Daling Alley Trail spans approximately 1.95 kilometers. The trail surface consists of wooden sleepers, wooden boardwalks, dirt and stone paths, and access roads, offering beautiful views along the way. There are resting pavilions where visitors can enjoy the panoramic scenery of the surrounding Bagua Mountains, as well as the renowned local chicken city and a starfruit orchard for delightful culinary experiences. The three trails in the park are designed with different flower species to create their unique charm: Trail 1 features osmanthus flowers; Trail 2 showcases camellias; and Trail 3 is dedicated to azaleas. The area boasts rich and diverse natural ecology, with a notable characteristic being the frequent sighting of the gray-faced buzzard soaring overhead, accompanied by the echoes of its calls resonating in the valleys. Moreover, Bagua Mountain is located right on the migratory path and habitat of the jade butterfly, and the Huatan Township Office has planted nectar plants along the trails to strengthen butterfly conservation efforts. Trail length: 1.95 kilometers. Walking time: 0.8 hours. Facilities: Signposts, information boards, seating.
