Heikong Chicken Flavor Restaurant was established in 1993, initially starting as a farm specializing in the breeding of Taiwan's black-feathered indigenous chickens. The Ye brothers combined their business skills to sell indigenous chicken dishes for over a decade. They focus on mountain products, wild vegetables, and organic agricultural products, with a commitment to offering low-oil, affordable, and health-conscious meals. After overcoming many challenges, they have built a good reputation, aiming to become the first century-old restaurant in Changhua County.
