Heiji Black Chicken Restaurant was established in 1993, originally starting as a native chicken farm specializing in the breeding of Taiwan's Black Feather Native Chickens. The Yeh brothers combined commercial strategies to sell native chicken dishes for over a decade. They focus on mountain products, wild vegetables, and organic agricultural products, emphasizing low oil, affordable, and healthy dining options as their core concepts. With perseverance and hard work, they have built a strong reputation, aiming to become the first centennial restaurant in Changhua County.
