Black Chicken Flavor Restaurant was founded in 1993, originally starting as a free-range chicken farm, specializing in breeding Taiwan's black feather indigenous chicken. The Ye brothers combined their business expertise to sell indigenous chicken dishes for over a decade, focusing on mountain products, wild vegetables, and organic agricultural products. Their basic principles are low-oil, affordable, and health-conscious dining. Through hard work, they established a good reputation, aiming to become the first centenary restaurant in Changhua County.
