Black Chicken Flavor Restaurant was founded in 1993, originally starting as a free-range chicken farm specializing in the breeding of Taiwan's Black-haired native chickens. The Yeh brothers combined business efforts to sell native chicken dishes for over a decade, focusing on mountain products, wild vegetables, and organic agricultural products prepared with less oil, affordable pricing, and a health-oriented dining experience. Through hard work and dedication, they have built a good reputation with the goal of becoming the first century-old restaurant in Changhua County.
