Heisen Restaurant was established in 1993, originally starting as a native chicken breeding farm specializing in Taiwan black-feathered native chickens. The Yeh brothers combined their business acumen to sell native chicken dishes for over ten years. They focus on mountain products, wild vegetables, and organic agricultural products, emphasizing low-oil, affordable, and health-conscious dining. Through hard work, they have built a reputation with the goal of becoming the first century-old restaurant in Changhua County.
