Black Chicken Flavor Restaurant was established in 1993, originally starting as a native chicken farm specializing in raising Taiwan Black-boned native chickens. The Yeh brothers combined business and spent over a decade selling native chicken dishes, focusing on mountain products, wild vegetables, and organic agricultural products, with an emphasis on low-oil, affordable, and healthy dining. Through hard work and dedication, they built a reputation with the goal of becoming the first centennial restaurant in Changhua County.
