Nantou Natural History Education Center Introduction

The museum, under the guidance of the National Museum of Natural Science, has planned a special exhibition hall on the second floor, where themed exhibitions related to nature and science are regularly launched. The first floor features a permanent exhibition on the history of the Seediq Bale and the Wushe Incident, as well as indigenous cultural artifacts, aiming to preserve local heritage and promote indigenous culture. In addition to exhibitions, the museum also offers science lesson plans and DIY activities such as weaving, pottery, insect sound, and mini paddle making (with a small fee and by reservation), and welcomes appointments for guided tours.
