Therefore, the exquisite dishes on the table feature a variety of flowers, seasonal vegetables, and fruits, which are well-known specialties. To ensure guests can dine with peace of mind and health, Tai Yi Seedling Farm has specially designated an area for cultivating organic flowers, incorporating local vegetables from Nantou into the dishes, offering stunning local delicacies that satisfy the palates of both domestic and international guests. Chef Pan Zhi-Hong of Nanfang adheres to the concept of "health through floral cuisine," skillfully using local Nantou produce such as bamboo shoots, mushrooms, snow pear, wild onion, and passion fruit, along with flowers produced by Tai Yi, including begonia, summer calamus, wild ginger flower, and marigold, to create a "Nantou Local Floral Banquet" that combines health benefits and floral aromas. Notably, the restaurant features a 13-meter high floor-to-ceiling window design and incorporates native plants such as King Palm trees, ferns, and various flowers for landscaping.
