Executive Chef Pan Zhi-Hong adheres to the concept of "Healthy Eating with Flowers," skillfully incorporating local produce from Nantou such as bamboo shoots, mushrooms, beauty legs, wild garlic, and passion fruits, along with Taiwan No. 1's own flowers like begonia, summer violet, wild ginger, and golden lotus into dishes, presenting the “Nantou Local Floral Feast” that features healthiness and floral aroma.
