Tai Yi Maple Pavilion - Nan Fang Garden Banquet Hall Introduction
Taiwan No. 1 Maple and Birch Flower Hall, affiliated with the Nan Fang Garden Banquet Hall, is located in Puli Town, Nantou County, which is renowned as the "City of Flowers." The beautiful dishes on the table are primarily characterized by the use of flowers, seasonal vegetables, and fruits. To ensure guests can enjoy a safe and healthy dining experience, Taiwan No. 1 Seedling Center has designated an area for cultivating organic flowers, which, combined with local Nantou vegetables, offers stunning local delicacies that satisfy the palates of both domestic and international guests. Head Chef Pan Zhi-Hong upholds the concept of "Floral Cuisine for Health," skillfully using local Nantou produce such as bamboo shoots, mushrooms, beautiful legs, wild shallots, and passion fruits, along with flowers grown at Taiwan No. 1, including begonia, summer violets, wild ginger flowers, and golden lotus flowers, to create a "Nantou Local Floral Banquet" that emphasizes health, wellness, and floral aromas. Notably, the restaurant features 13-meter-high floor-to-ceiling windows and incorporates native plants like coconut palms, ferns, and various flowers into its landscaping, making the dining experience surrounded by greenery, flowers, and fragrances truly enchanting!
