In order to ensure guests eat safely and healthily, Taiwan Yi Seedling Farm has dedicated an area to cultivate organic flowers and incorporate local seasonal vegetables from Nantou into the dishes, providing stunning local cuisine that satisfies the taste buds of both domestic and international guests. Chef Pan Zhihong of Nanfang adheres to the concept of "Floral Cuisine for Health," skillfully utilizing local Nantou vegetables and fruits such as bamboo shoots, mushrooms, beauty legs, wild onions, and passion fruit, along with self-grown flowers such as begonia, summer iris, wild ginger flower, and marigold in the dishes. This results in the distinctive "Nantou Local Floral Banquet," which emphasizes health, wellness, and floral flavors. It is worth mentioning that the restaurant features 13-meter-high floor-to-ceiling windows and incorporates native plants such as Queen Palm trees, ferns, and various flowers into its landscape design.
