Renzhiguan is a narrow gorge located upstream of Meixi, situated between the Daguang Bridge and the Ren'ai Bridge along the Puwu Highway. In just a few hundred meters, towering cliffs rise sharply on both sides. It is said that this checkpoint was established near Meixi by the authorities to prevent disputes between indigenous people and lowland residents from escalating.
