The Ecological Dragon, named for its mountain ridgelines resembling the back of a dragon visible from the high points, features three access points for hiking. It is a friendly and leisurely route with expansive views. The area is rich in ecology; besides the purple butterflies fluttering during the Tomb-Sweeping Festival, visitors can often spot the Formosan blue magpie and Taiwanese monkeys in the area.
