The Qingshui Palace, dedicated to the Yanluo Emperor, is located in Sihucao, San Tiaolun. The Yanluo Emperor is also known as Bao Zheng, a prominent scholar from the Song Dynasty, often referred to as "Bao Qingtian." In 1993, during the expansion of the main hall, master carpenter Liu Honglin was hired to carry out the construction using traditional woodworking techniques, which did not require any nails and cost a fortune.

The Sea Clear Palace, dedicated to King Yan Luo, also known as the impartial and strict Judge Bao, who was a Senior Scholar at the Longtu Pavilion during the Northern Song dynasty, is the only temple dedicated to Judge Bao in Taiwan. It is located next to the Sihua Santiaolun seaside bathing area. The majestic temple undergoes a renovation and expansion in 1993, using traditional carpentry techniques without nails, costing a fortune overseen by master carpenter Liu Honglin. Adjacent to the temple is Haiqing Park, which features a tranquil environment, making it a perfect place for family relaxation on holidays.
