Taiwan West Landmark: The Taixi Conch is located in the Taixi Marine Park, which is in the central part of the western coast of Taiwan. It is the site of Taiwan's newly formed land and one of the largest production and distribution centers for local seafood such as clams and oysters.

Taisi Landmark: The Taisi Conch is the largest spherical structure art piece in Taiwan. Designed in 1992 by He Heng-hsiung, the dean of the National Taiwan University of Arts' Fine Arts College, it is a shell art piece made from more than 5,000 shells assembled by local artists and volunteers using over 50 different types of shells. It is also a highly popular photo-taking hotspot.
