Taixī Landmark: The Taixī Conch is located in the Taixī Marine Park in the central part of Taiwan's western coast. It is one of the major production and distribution areas for local seafood such as clams and oysters in Taiwan.

TaiXi Landmark: The Giant Conch is the largest spherical structure art in Taiwan. It was designed in 1992 by He Heng-Hsiung, the dean of the National Taiwan University of Arts, and is a shell art piece made by local artists and volunteers, using over 5,000 shells in more than 50 varieties. It is also a highly popular photo spot.
