Beigang Tourist Bridge Introduction
The Beigang Tourist Bridge, spanning Yunlin and Chiayi, is an arch bridge designed to resemble a dragon, featuring red and gold colors along with a tripartite structure. It connects the Beigang Chaotian Temple and the Xinkang Narcissus Temple, exuding an air of auspiciousness. Surrounding the bridge are bike paths, parks, and viewing platforms, making it a dazzling landmark in Beigang. The bridge incorporates landscape lighting and will be designed to align with local cultural activities and surrounding scenery, creating a dramatically different appearance of both banks and the Chaotian Temple by day and night with the use of nighttime illumination and light projections. Additionally, the area will feature sky observation platforms, viewing decks, bicycle paths, waterfront walkways, and facilities for ecological and sports parks, attracting more visitors from all over Taiwan and enhancing the tourism appeal of Beigang Township in Yunlin County.
