Yunlin Portal Douliu Station was established in the 37th year of the Meiji era (1904). Initially, it was a wooden station building, which collapsed due to the Zhongpu earthquake in the 16th year of the Showa era (1941) and was rebuilt in March of the following year. In the 47th year of the Republic of China (1958), the third-generation reinforced concrete station building was constructed, and a new elevated station was opened in the 97th year of the Republic of China (2008).

Douliu Station Introduction

The Douliu Station in Yunlin, established in 1904 during the Meiji period, originally had a wooden station building. It was damaged and collapsed due to the Zhongpu earthquake in 1941 and was rebuilt in March the following year. A third-generation reinforced concrete station building was constructed in 1958, and a new elevated station was opened in 2008. Douliu Station is located in the capital city of Yunlin County and is the only station on the circular railway that passes through the county seat without being named "Yunlin."
