Douliu Station Introduction
Douliou Station in Yunlin was established in the 37th year of the Meiji era, initially as a wooden station building. It was damaged and collapsed due to the Zhongpu earthquake in the 16th year of the Shōwa era, and was rebuilt in March of the following year. In the 47th year of the Republic of China, the third-generation reinforced concrete station building was constructed, and the new cross-platform station was opened in the 97th year of the Republic of China. Douliu Station is located in the seat of the Yunlin County Government and is the only station along the round-the-island railway that passes through the county's urban area without bearing the name "Yunlin."
