Yunlin Portal Douliou Station was established in 1904. Initially, it was a wooden station building. In 1941, it collapsed and was damaged due to the Zhongpu earthquake, and it was rebuilt in March of the following year. In 1958, the third-generation reinforced concrete station building was constructed, and in 2008, a new elevated station was put into operation.

Douliu Station Introduction

The Yunlin Portal Douliu Station was established in the 37th year of the Meiji era. Initially built as a wooden station building, it collapsed due to the Zhongpu earthquake in the 16th year of the Showa era and was reconstructed in March of the following year. In the 47th year of the Republic of China, the third generation of the station building, made of reinforced concrete, was built, and in the 97th year of the Republic of China, a new elevated station was put into use. Douliu Station is located in the seat of the Yunlin County Government and is the only station on the circular island railway that passes through the urban area of the county government without being named after the county "Yunlin."
