Linnei Taro Department Introduction
The fertile black soil nurtures the specialty of taro in conjunction with the Wutu community (meaning "black soil" in Taiwanese). The Linnei Taro Promotion Association promotes taro produced from the fertile black soil of the Zhuoshui River, establishing it as a local brand. In addition to creative experiences, the taro ice cream shop has become a highlight for tourists, and it hosts the entertaining Water-Snatching Festival, allowing families to experience the water-snatching culture of their ancestors through fun activities.
