Fertile black soil nurtures the local taro specialty, combined with the meaning of the Wutou Community (in Holo: black soil). The Linnei Taro Division promotes the taro produced in the fertile black soil of the Zhuoshui River as a local brand. In addition to creative experiences, the taro ice shop has become a tourist highlight, and they also host the entertaining Water Grab Festival, allowing families to experience the water-collecting culture of their ancestors.
