Baolong Paper Mill Introduction
The Linnei Old Town Office, filled with nostalgic charm, is surrounded by the countless old memories of the Baolong Paper Factory. The area is covered with lush green vines, and large iron sheds, seemingly telling the story of the local paper industry under the blue sky and green fields. In recent years, the paper factory has incorporated AR technology to create an app, allowing visitors to return to the factory's former glory and relive its past splendor. The office building, known as the Linnei Old Town Office (originally the Mitsubishi Paper Mill office), served as the administrative center of Linnei Township during the Japanese occupation. Built in 1911, it has a history of 106 years, and the main structure is deeply connected to the historical significance of the paper industry.
