In the seventeenth year of the Daoguang Emperor's reign, a sculpture was created in Xiamen and is enshrined in the Ksitigarbha Temple in this locality. It was established for foreign officials coming to Penghu, and later, the deity displayed great divine power, prompting the local disciples to choose this site to build a temple.

Deity Worshiped: Su Fu Wang Ye Festival Date: April 21 of the Lunar Calendar In the 17th year of the Daoguang era, a sculpture was created in Xiamen and was enshrined in the Western Ksitigarbha Temple of this village. This worship was initiated to honor those who served as officials from abroad in this area. Later, the deity's miraculous power was demonstrated, leading the disciples of this village to build a temple in this location. Additionally, in the 11th year of the Tongzhi era, the wife of the local magistrate Cheng Haifang was ill. Upon hearing of the deity's spiritual response, she prayed for a remedy and was granted one, subsequently dedicating a plaque to express gratitude. The temple was constructed in the same year.
