Built in the 49th year of the Qianlong era (1784), it has a history of over two hundred years. Legend has it that the statue of the Divine Farmer in the temple was made by village residents who picked up a piece of wood from the flowing water and then commissioned a sculptor in the mainland to carve it. Inside the Kai Di Hall, there is an ancient incense burner that collects water droplets, which has been stolen numerous times but has always been returned unharmed.

Kai-ti Temple Introduction

Main Deity: Kaiguan Xian Di (Shennong Di) Festival Date: July 15 of the lunar calendar Built in the 49th year of the Qianlong reign (1784), it has a history of over 200 years. According to legend, the statue of Shennong Di in the temple was made from a piece of wood found by villagers in a stream, which was then taken to the mainland for a sculptor to carve. Inside the Kaidi Hall, there is a very old incense burner that gathers water droplets, and despite being stolen multiple times, it has always been returned in its original condition.
