Huajiang Wetland Park Introduction
The vast wetland area near Huajiang Bridge has long been a habitat for many migratory birds. From September to April each year, thousands of waterfowl such as geese and shorebirds visit the area. To enhance ecological conservation education, large-scale birdwatching events are held each year during the migratory bird season, with guides available on weekends to assist visitors. Huajiang Goose Park is located outside the embankment, with the main birdwatching areas situated at Huajiang Goose Park and Huazhong Riverside Park. The well-equipped facilities make it convenient for the public to observe the ecological environment. The river surface beneath Huajiang Bridge is quite expansive, allowing visitors to see the entire Banqiao City. The grey cityscape is closely juxtaposed with the lush green aquatic plants and the light blue river surface in front, creating a harmonious blend of culture and nature.
