Yangmingshan U.S. Military Club Brick Yard 33 1/3 Introduction
The Yangmingshan American Club is located next to the Chinese Culture University within the U.S. military housing complex. It served as an important social activity space for the U.S. military and their families stationed in Taiwan during the 1950s and 1960s. This site was originally the location of the old Yangmingshan Recreational Association. Under the promotion of the Taipei Cultural Bureau's "Old House Cultural Movement," Yude Technology undertook the task of renovating the Yangmingshan American Club, transforming it into a cultural space that combines creative exhibitions and dining. It offers free visiting hours on weekdays, while weekend visits require on-site consumption, making it a place rich in cultural and historical significance.
