Baishihu Tongxin Pond Introduction
It is said that this place is a spring created by natural terrain, with the soil area in the inner circle and the water area in the outer circle symbolizing the unity of lovers. Surrounded by ecological wetlands and a waterside platform, it also emphasizes the importance of soil and water conservation. The Baishi Lake Community was initially themed around "finding happiness" and transformed what was once an abandoned spring into a "Heart Pool" with a double-heart shaped ecological wetland spring design, as well as a resting pavilion by the pool called "Eternal Union Pavilion." This design allows the ecological wetland and waterside platform to complement each other, symbolizing the unity of soil and water, and that lovers are forever united. Couples who come here for a romantic outing will surely enhance their happiness. Nearby, the Gushui Pond was excavated by local farmer Gushui Bo to address the irrigation water source issue for farmland in the mountainous area, gathering villagers to collaboratively create this water storage ecological pond, which was later named "Gushui Pond" in his memory.
