Baiji Hangxiu Temple Introduction
Baiji Xingxiu Temple is located on the hillside of Baiji Mountain in Sanxia. It is a branch temple of Xingtian Temple, also known as Sanxia Xingtian Temple or Sanxia Enzhu Temple. The temple primarily venerates Guan Sheng Dijun and embodies a folk belief that integrates Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism. The architecture of the temple is magnificent, and it serves as a branch of Taipei's Xingtian Temple, with a thriving incense offering that is one of the beliefs of the local Hakka people. The geographical environment of Xingxiu Temple is excellent, with lush greenery, and in spring, the mountains are adorned with blooming azaleas, creating a stunning sight. In winter, plum blossoms bloom, offering a serene atmosphere. The steps on both sides of the temple lead to a hiking trail that ascends to the hillside behind. Strolling along this path, surrounded by trees and pavilions made of vine leaves, one can feel refreshed and comfortable; reaching the top of the mountain offers a beautiful view of a vast pine forest and acacia trees.
