Bihua Temple Introduction
Bihua Temple is located in the Dong District of San Chong District, established two years before the founding of the Republic of China, and renovated to its current scale in the 62nd year of the Republic. Bihua Temple is a three-story Buddhist architectural style imitating the Northern style, featuring stone lions at the entrance, stone pillars below the main hall stairs, and carved stone blocks on both sides of the stairs, with drum stones and threshold stones placed on the left and right sides of each entrance. Today, Bihua Temple has transformed from an early temple dedicated to the worship of Siddhartha Gautama (Shakyamuni Buddha) into a folk religious temple integrating Confucianism, Daoism, and Buddhism. The deities worshipped here have unique designs, differing from those in typical temples, and visitors are welcome to come to pay their respects and observe.
