The Fuli Zhuangyan Emperor Temple, also known as Shuntian Temple in Huwei, is dedicated to Guan Sheng Emperor, with additional deities Guan Ping and General Zhou Cheng. The founding statue of Guan Di was originally enshrined in the home of the Li family in Houzhuang, Huwei. A new temple was built starting in the 36th year of the Republic of China, named Shuntian Temple. Every year on the 24th day of the 6th lunar month, a birthday celebration for Guan Sheng Emperor is held along with a procession for peace.

Fuli Zhuangyan Emperor Temple, also known as Shuntian Temple in Huwei, enshrines Kuan Ti (Guandi), the God of War, along with Prince Guan Ping and General Zhou Cang. The original statue of Kuan Ti was housed in a private residence of the Li family in the rear village of Huwei. In 1956, a new temple was built and named Shuntian Temple. Every year, on the 24th day of the 6th month of the lunar calendar, a birthday celebration for Kuan Ti is held along with a procession for peace and safety.
