Yue Er Ma, the emergency and disaster relief temple for the local community, is known locally as Er Ma Temple. The Mazu incense offerings come from Tainan's Tianhou Temple in the Shanshang District, specifically dedicated to the "Yue Er Tian Shang Sheng Mu" (not Lin Mo Niang). During the Ghost Festival on the fifteenth day of the seventh lunar month, the altar for the Xizhi District's Pu Du event is set up in front of Tianhou Temple, attracting many domestic and international tourists.

Huwei Tianhou Temple Introduction

Yunlin Tianhou Temple, known locally as Erma Temple, is dedicated to Ma Zu and provides aid to the community. The temple’s incense originates from the Tianhou Temple in the Shangshan District of Tainan, known as "Yuer Tian Shang Sheng Mu" (not Lin Mo Niang). During the Ghost Festival on the 15th day of the seventh lunar month, the altar for the local ceremony is set up in front of the Tianhou Temple, attracting many domestic and international tourists.
