Haihui Temple Introduction
Haihui Temple, built in the 4th year of the Showa era (1928), enshrines the Western Three Saints: Amitabha Buddha, Avalokitesvara, and Mahasthamaprapta, as well as Shakyamuni Buddha. In front of the temple stand several large and lush osmanthus trees, their fragrance wafting in the wind, creating an ethereal atmosphere. The temple is surrounded by mountains on three sides, with a gorge in front, offering a distant view of Hsinchu City and the coastal areas of Xiangshan and Zhunan, where the flickering lights of fishing boats create a tranquil escape from the mundane.
