Tianzhong Forest Park Introduction
Situated on the southern foothills of Bagua Mountain, Tianjun Forest Park features recreational facilities such as a sports plaza and a children's playground. By entering the trails that wind along the mountainside, visitors can enjoy phytoncides while appreciating stunning views, making it a truly remarkable forest park. The highlight of Tianjun Forest Park is its circular hiking trail, which spans approximately 3.5 kilometers and takes around 2 hours to complete. Although the trail is not very long, the varied terrain along the route makes it an excellent choice for both leisurely walks and physical training. The trail starts with a relatively gentle concrete surface, and the surrounding shade from the trees enhances the hiking experience. As the trail gradually shifts to higher elevations along the ridge, the surrounding scenery opens up, providing excellent vistas. Continuing along the trail leads to the highest point, the Zaojue Pavilion, where visitors can overlook the entire Tianjun Township, watch the sunrise and sunset, and on clear days, even see the Zhuoshui River and the Taiwan Strait. Any fatigue from the steps taken along the way quickly dissipates in this beautiful setting. If finishing the circular hiking trail leaves visitors wanting more, they can also explore the nearby Tea Aroma Trail, Evergreen Cycling Path, or take the wooden plank path to Chi Shui Qi Park, continuing to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the forest.
