Tianzhong Forest Park Introduction
Located at the southern foot of Bagua Mountain, Tianzhong Forest Park not only features recreational facilities such as a sports plaza and children's playground, but also offers beautifully constructed trails along the mountain where visitors can enjoy phytoncides and stunning views, making it a true forest park. The park's highlight is its circular hiking trail, which is approximately 3.5 kilometers long and takes about 2 hours to complete. Although the route is not particularly long, it offers a variety of terrain changes, making it a great choice for both leisurely walks and physical training. The trail begins with a gentle cement path surrounded by shade from trees, making the ascent more pleasant. As the trail gradually transitions to the ridge, the surrounding scenery opens up with excellent visibility. Continuing along the trail leads to the highest point, Zaojue Pavilion, where visitors can overlook the entire Tianzhong township and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. On clear days, the Zhuoshui River and the Taiwan Strait can even be seen, and the fatigue from the journey is forgotten in this beautiful setting. For those who still wish to explore after completing the circular hiking trail, nearby Tea Fragrance Trail, Evergreen Bike Path, or the wooden boardwalk leading to Chishuiqi Park can also be enjoyed, allowing continued immersion in the serene atmosphere of the forest bath.
