The Waipu Branch stands on Section 3 of Jiahou Road, featuring a primarily white structure with a vertically segmented design. The facade showcases a series of windows arranged neatly, earning it the nickname "Little White House." It resembles well-organized books on a shelf, waiting for people to admire and browse. The exterior design of the Waipu Branch echoes the pastoral impression of Waipu with its vertical segmentation, while the extensive glass curtain incorporates the expansive green scenery along with the distant Huoyan Mountain and Tiezhen Mountain, allowing visitors to fully enjoy a leisurely reading experience alongside the mountains. The library's first-floor senior area is specially designed with sofas, reading tables, and appropriately sized bookshelves to create a cozy living room atmosphere, ensuring the elderly can read comfortably. The facade's straightforward row of windows has earned it the nickname "Little White House." It resembles well-arranged books on a shelf, waiting for the public to appreciate and flip through. The exterior of the Waipu Branch uses a vertical split design that echoes the pastoral impression of Waipu, with large glass curtains bringing in the expansive greenery, along with views of Mount Huolou and Mount Tiezhanshan, allowing visitors to fully experience a leisurely reading time accompanied by the mountains.
