Dajia Wenchang Temple Introduction

Located on Wenwu Road in the Dajia District, Dajia Wenchang Temple boasts well-preserved architecture and cultural craftsmanship. Established in 1887 (the 13th year of the Guangxu era), it is also known as Wenchang Palace or Confucius Temple. Today, Dajia Wenchang Temple is a bustling site, especially during exam seasons when it is filled with students and parents offering sacrifices to pray for successful examinations. The layout, paintings, and carvings of the temple reflect the essence of traditional craftsmanship and are worthy of understanding and appreciation by modern people.
