Dajia Noodles Museum Introduction
Da Jia Noodle House is the first pioneer to introduce Taiwanese noodles into the cultural and creative industry, marking a new revolution in Taiwanese noodles. The family has over 80 years of noodle-making history since 1934. In 2006, the third-generation heir, Liu Shih-Hsin, broke away from traditional business models and established the “Da Jia Noodle House” brand, merging traditional noodles with cultural creativity, making them the best gift for the festive season. After 10 years of transformation, we have continuously won awards, including the 2014 Taiwan OTOP Top 10 Product Design Award from the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, the 2015 Taiwan OTOP Top 10 Quality Enterprise Award, and the 2016 Taichung City Top 10 Souvenir Jury Grand Prize, among others. With over 80 years of noodle-making skills and cultural heritage, Da Jia Noodle House promotes local culture in Taichung's Dajia by incorporating Dajia Champion Taro into the noodles, creating Taiwan's first taro noodle. This brings simple noodles into a brand new realm. Da Jia Noodle House allows customers to not only gain more healthy nutrients while enjoying noodles but also conveys the story and heritage of the brand's sixty years to everyone. "Da Jia Noodle House" adheres to the spirit of providing healthy noodles for noodle lovers, insisting on using only natural, high-quality ingredients without any artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives, offering the most authentic noodles for everyone to enjoy!
