Dajia Noodles is the first person to introduce Taiwanese noodles into the cultural and creative industry, initiating a new revolution in Taiwanese noodles. The family has over 80 years of noodle-making history since 1934. In 2006, the third-generation heir, Liu Shih-hsin, broke through traditional business models and founded the "Dajia Noodles" brand, integrating traditional noodles with cultural creativity, making them the best gift for the festive season. After ten years of transformation, we have continuously won awards, including the 2014 Taiwan OTOP Top Ten Product Design Award, the 2015 Taiwan OTOP Top Ten Quality Enterprises, and the 2016 Taichung City Top Ten Souvenir Jury Grand Prize, among others. With over 80 years of noodle-making technology and cultural heritage, Dajia Noodles emphasizes promoting local culture in Dajia, using Dajia champion taro in the noodles, and creating Taiwan's first taro noodles. This brings simple noodles into a new realm. Dajia Noodles allows customers not only to gain more health benefits while enjoying the noodles but also to convey the brand's 60-year legacy and stories to everyone.
