Xikou Township Cultural Life Hall Introduction
A brand new cultural center Before the establishment of the Xikou Township Cultural Life Center, the most familiar public buildings to the residents of Xikou Township in Chiayi County were the township office and the elementary and junior high schools they once attended. These buildings bear the responsibility of serving the township residents, but it's hard to say that they are places where people would simply gather to hang out. Such public buildings fulfill practical business needs, while the cultural center is where the spiritual solace lies. In this culturally rich agricultural town, the Xikou Township Library is an important source of culture; however, due to its limited space, there were discussions about renovating it. Reimagining the library's functions has inspired diverse and multifaceted cultural possibilities. The Xikou Township Cultural Life Center, located next to Xikou Elementary School, began construction in 2005 and was completed on December 28, 2007. It is a new treasure for Xikou Township.
