In 2011, New Penglai Foods established a new factory in Zhongli, Taoyuan, and simultaneously set up the Jiang Ji Fermented Tofu Brand Cultural Museum to expand public awareness of fermented tofu and the delicious legacy of New Penglai Foods. Jiang Ji New Penglai Foods integrates modern health concepts, ensuring stringent quality control at every stage from raw material selection to product manufacturing. Their products are made from selected non-GMO soybeans, brown rice, wine, and sugar, without the use of preservatives, artificial colors, or saccharin, combining traditional techniques with modern equipment to produce fermented tofu, achieving ISO22000 and HACCP international food safety certifications. Jiang Ji uses an exclusive golden ratio to create a balanced and palatable fermented tofu that is neither overly salty nor sweet.
