In 2011, Sin Pong Lai Food established a new factory in Zhongli, Taoyuan, and simultaneously set up the "Jiang Ji Fermented Tofu Brand Culture Museum" to enhance public awareness of fermented tofu and the delicious legacy of Sin Pong Lai Food. Jiang Ji Sin Pong Lai Food incorporates modern health concepts, ensuring rigorous quality control from ingredient selection to product production. The products are made from carefully selected non-GMO soybeans, brown rice, wine, and sugar, without the use of preservatives, artificial colorings, or saccharin, utilizing traditional techniques paired with the latest equipment to produce fermented tofu, and have obtained international food safety certifications ISO22000 and HACCP.
