In 2004, Jiang Ji officially changed its name to Xin Peng Lai Food Co., Ltd., entering a new phase of corporate management. In 2011, Xin Peng Lai Food established a new factory in Zhongli, Taoyuan, and simultaneously opened the Jiang Ji Fermented Tofu Cultural Museum, aiming to enhance public awareness of fermented tofu and the delicious heritage of Xin Peng Lai Food. Jiang Ji Xin Peng Lai Food integrates modern health concepts, strictly selecting materials and monitoring production at every stage. The products use selected non-GMO soybeans, brown rice, alcohol, and sugar, with no preservatives, artificial colorings, or saccharin, manufactured using traditional techniques and the latest equipment, receiving ISO 22000 and HACCP international food safety certifications. Jiang Ji creates moderately salty and sweet, smooth, and non-greasy fermented tofu using a unique golden ratio.
