Originally involved in trade, he returned to his hometown by chance and, due to his love for nature and cuisine, transformed the Sanxia area into a leisure farm. Different activities are available on weekdays and weekends, including barbecues, clay oven cooking, lotus garden tours, and historical site guides. In response to seasonal changes, Boss Lin has specially developed a new style of culinary set called "Fish Selection," with the type of fish varying by season. The ideal size is between 800 to 900 grams, not only because it is delicious but also because the unique iron vessel used allows for a long cooking time without the fish falling apart, maximizing its flavor with each cook. Boss Lin explains that there are two ways to enjoy the fish: Hakka style fish selection and spicy fish selection. Customers often find it hard to choose and end up ordering both dishes for a delightful feast! Food safety is a guarantee for customers; the farm adheres to a fundamental principle—every dish is made with fresh ingredients on the spot, and the owner only sells what he dares to eat, without any unnecessary additives.
