"Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and come to Lin's Ancient House Leisure Farm for a relaxing weekend," says Boss Lin, a fifth-generation descendant and operator. Originally in the trading business, he returned to his hometown by chance. With a love for nature and good food, he transformed the Three-Country area into a leisure farm. Different dynamic and static activities are available during weekdays and weekends, including barbecues, earth oven baking, lotus garden tours, and heritage site guiding. In response to the seasons, Boss Lin specially developed a new style of dish called "Hakka-style fish," with the fish type adjusted according to the season, primarily focusing on fish weighing about 600 to 750 grams, not only because they are delicious but also because the special iron serving dish allows for slow cooking without falling apart, enhancing the flavor over time. Boss Lin mentions that there are two ways to enjoy Hakka-style fish: the traditional Hakka style and the spicy version, often leaving customers unsure of which to choose, so they end up ordering both and indulging! Food safety is a guarantee for customers. The farm has a clear philosophy: all meals are made with fresh ingredients, and the boss only sells dishes he himself is willing to eat without unnecessary additives...
