"Escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and take a trip to Lin Family Ancient Residence Leisure Farm on your day off," says Boss Lin, the fifth generation descendant and operator. Originally engaged in trade, he returned to his hometown by chance, and due to his love for nature and food, he transformed the farm into a leisure farm. There are different activities available on weekdays and weekends, including barbecues, earth oven cooking, lotus pond tours, and historical site guides. In response to the seasons, Boss Lin has specially developed a new style of dish called "Fish Selection," with the type of fish changing according to the season. The fish are primarily around 0.6 to 0.75 kg, as they are not only delicious but also served in specially made iron dishes that maintain the gelatinous quality of the fish, allowing for long cooking without falling apart, and becoming more flavorful the longer it is cooked. Boss Lin mentions that there are two ways to enjoy the fish: Hakka style and spicy style, which often leaves customers unable to decide, so they end up ordering both for a delightful feast!
