The owner, Mr. Lin, a fifth-generation descendant, introduced this place. Originally engaged in trade, he returned to his hometown by chance. His love for nature and food led him to transform Sanjia into a leisure farm. There are various activities available during weekdays and weekends, including barbecues, clay oven cooking, lotus garden tours, and historical site guiding. In response to the seasons, Mr. Lin has developed a new dish set called "Pick Fish," which features fish that is adjusted according to the season, primarily chosen for its size of about 1.5 to 1.8 pounds. This is because, aside from its deliciousness, the unique feature is that it is served in specially made iron vessels which allow for gelatin-rich fish to be cooked for a long time without falling apart, enhancing flavor with each hour of cooking. Mr. Lin explained that there are two ways to enjoy pick fish: Hakka-style and spicy pick fish, often leaving customers unsure of which to choose, resulting in them ordering both dishes and enjoying a feast!
