The 2022 Gold Medal Restaurant, Amei Golden Triangle Snack Shop, is a light meal restaurant attached to Amei Rice Noodles. The industrial-style decor, accompanied by the aroma of coffee and tea, creates a leisurely atmosphere for slow living. The rich selection of Yunnan and Thai snacks in the display window seems to tell stories of wandering, while the wall filled with precious photos of solitary soldiers makes one feel as if they are reading a forgotten history. The open-concept flaky pastry workshop allows visitors to appreciate the intricate production process of flaky pastries, while also witnessing the freshness and safety of the ingredients.
