The 2022 Gold Medal Restaurant, A-Mei Golden Triangle Snack Shop, is a light meal restaurant attached to A-Mei Rice Noodles. The industrial-style decor, accompanied by the aroma of coffee and tea, exudes a leisurely atmosphere. The rich assortment of Yunnan and Thai snacks in the display window seems to tell stories of wandering. The walls are filled with precious photos of lone soldiers, making one feel as if they are reading a forgotten history. The open puff pastry workshop allows guests to appreciate the intricate craftsmanship of puff pastries while also witnessing the freshness and safety of the ingredients.
