Meatball Rui Introduction
Beidou Mazu Temple Meatballs - Four Generations of Tradition “First in Fufu, Second in Dalu, Third in Bangka, Fourth in Beidou”, Beidou Township was once a prosperous city in Taiwan. When thinking of Beidou Township, meatballs are a must, with the Fan family's Beidou Meatballs originating from the Mazu Temple area and having been passed down for over forty years, now run by the fourth generation. The third generation, Mr. Fan Ruiming, warmly welcomes guests and has become the face of the meatballs. Beidou Meatballs are made purely by hand, with three-finger pinch marks, crystal clear appearance, and filled with pork shank and bamboo shoots, drizzled with a unique sauce. They are chewy on the outside and filled generously, delicious and easy to eat, and can be paired with tofu soup and meatball soup. The chilled delivery of steamed, fried, or cold meatballs, along with exquisite gift boxes, showcases the essence of Changhua.
