Every day at 8 AM, the busy day begins with no detail overlooked in every step from slicing meat, braising meat, to simmering soup. Fresh braised beef is prepared daily using Australian and New Zealand beef shank. Instead of using spare bones for the broth, we create a pure beef broth that does not have excessive seasoning, allowing customers to taste the original fresh sweetness. Generous portions of beef provide a satisfying and delightful experience for our guests. Since our establishment in 2000, we have remained consistent for over twenty years.
