Mr. Lobby Coffee Project Introduction
"Mr. Lobby, which began in the streets in 2016, started as a coffee project that evolved from one person into a group!" Learning about coffee started in 2014 when Lobby, who was working in performances in Macau, encountered various outstanding coffee shops in the Hong Kong and Macau regions. He had the privilege of learning from the owners of these coffee shops about how to run a coffee shop with a focused attitude. In 2016, he embarked on the street in his hometown of Yunlin as a starting point, taking the coffee tools he owned and using a long table as the smallest unit of the coffee shop to begin implementing the coffee project. In 2017, he established a physical location in Yunlin's Douliu on Yunzhong Street, providing a more complete experience of delicious coffee and brand services. He continued to communicate and learn about coffee bean roasting from various coffee shops in Hong Kong and Macau, and joined the Douliu Coffee Roasting Society in Yunlin, the birthplace of coffee roasting in Taiwan. In 2018, new partners joined, and they attempted to integrate into Mr. Lobby Coffee Project and Mr. Lobby Coffee Roastery, focusing on creating delicious coffee while ensuring the best roasting flavors.
