Mr. Lobby Coffee Project Introduction
"Mr. Lobby, which started in the streets in 2016, has grown from a solo endeavor into a collective coffee project!" The journey into coffee began in 2014 when Lobby, who was working in performing arts in Macau, encountered outstanding coffee shops in the Hong Kong and Macau regions. He had the opportunity to learn from various coffee shop owners about how to establish a café with a focused attitude. In 2016, he launched the project on the streets of his hometown, Yunlin, using the coffee tools he had, with a long table serving as the smallest unit of the café, beginning the coffee initiative. In 2017, he established a physical location on Yunzhong Street in Douliu, Yunlin, providing a more complete selection of delicious coffee and brand services, while continuing to learn about coffee bean roasting through exchanges with various coffee shops in Hong Kong and Macau. In the birthplace of coffee roasting in Taiwan, Yunlin, he joined the Douliu Coffee Roasting Society. In 2018, new partners joined, attempting to organize into Mr. Lobby Coffee Project and Mr. Lobby Coffee Roastery, focusing on crafting delicious coffee while ensuring the best roasting flavors.
