Mr. Lobby Coffee Project Introduction
"Mr. Lobby, which began as a street initiative in 2016, has transformed from an individual endeavor into a collective coffee project!" The journey of learning about coffee started in 2014 when Lobby, who was working in performance in Macau, encountered outstanding coffee shops in the Hong Kong and Macau regions and had the privilege to learn from their owners about how to operate a coffee shop with a focused attitude. In 2016, starting from the streets of his hometown, Yunlin, he took up the coffee tools he had and used a long table as the smallest unit of a café to begin implementing the coffee project. By 2017, a physical location was established in Yunlin's Douliu on Yunzhong Street, offering a more complete range of delicious coffee and brand services, while also continuing to learn about coffee bean roasting from various coffee shops in Hong Kong and Macau. In addition, he joined the Douliu Coffee Roasting Society in Yunlin, the starting point for coffee roasting in Taiwan. In 2018, new partners joined to consolidate efforts into Mr. Lobby Coffee Project and Mr. Lobby Coffee Roastery, focusing on crafting exquisite coffee while ensuring the best roasting flavors.
