Sanxia Market Education Base Introduction

The seed of migration to the south has sprouted into a market. The founder of the Sanxiao Market is a child from Taipei, whose initial idea began as a graduation project. Through continuous effort and practice, it has evolved into a local food education base in Yunlin and has developed the Sanxiao Small Farmers Market in collaboration with the county government. This initiative not only supports youth entrepreneurship but also advocates for fair agricultural trade. The Sanxiao Market holds local-friendly farmers' market activities in the agricultural powerhouse of Yunlin. Over the past six years, it has operated continuously with a focus on promoting environmentally friendly farming and food education, adhering to a management philosophy centered on "sharing." It aims to let more people know about the good people, good deeds, and good products in Yunlin. Every Sunday, the farmers' market opens with fresh produce, inviting local farmers to share their experiences and teach practical farming classes. This helps visitors learn about crops while promoting the concept of friendly market ingredients. The market also organizes field activities that allow visitors to participate in farming tasks, providing first-hand experience of the hardships faced by farmers. This creates opportunities for direct dialogue between producers and consumers. Additionally, there are dedicated shops offering fresh fruits and vegetables as well as food and agricultural services. They have also launched a quarterly magazine, "Yunlin Food Communication," which includes ingredients, making it a community-supported agricultural platform suitable for modern families to participate together!
