Located in Douliu, Yunlin, the Japanese kitchen "Tong Chu" focuses on fresh and healthy ingredients, providing dishes that are close to the original form of food. The name comes from the idea of "cooking together and living well with friends." The owners, as returning youth from Yunlin, decided to return to Douliu after traveling around Taiwan, and open a restaurant to live and work with their family. As the saying goes, "the simpler the dish, the more it showcases culinary skills." With fewer seasonings, the freshness of the ingredients becomes even more important.
