The Japanese kitchen "Tong Chu," located in Douliu, Yunlin, focuses on fresh and healthy ingredients, offering dishes that are close to the original form of the food. The restaurant's name comes from the idea of "cooking together and living well with friends." The owner and his wife, being returnees to Yunlin, decided to return to Douliu after traveling around Taiwan to open a restaurant and live with their family. As the saying goes, "the simpler the dish, the more it can showcase culinary skills." With fewer seasonings, the freshness of the ingredients becomes even more important.
