Located in Douliu, Yunlin, the Japanese kitchen "Tongchu" focuses on fresh and healthy ingredients, offering dishes close to their original form. The restaurant's name originates from the concept of "cooking together and living well with friends." The owners, a couple who are returnees to Yunlin, decided to return to Douliu after exploring various places in Taiwan to open a restaurant and live with their family. There is a saying: "The simpler the dish, the more it showcases the chef's skills." With fewer seasonings used, the freshness of the ingredients becomes even more important. "Tongchu" provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere, making it a suitable restaurant for families to enjoy together.
