Manshuy Chingya Gukeng Boutique Coffee Introduction
Manshu Elegant Cafe was established in 2013 and is a local specialty coffee brand in Gukeng. It specializes in self-roasted coffee beans, as well as imported and Taiwanese coffee beans, and hand-brewed coffee. The products sold include raw coffee beans, drip coffee bags, bath coffee bags, and two-in-one/three-in-one coffee. The café insists on strict selection of raw beans before roasting, ensuring high quality and rich, delicious coffee. The Taiwanese beans are sourced from Gukeng in Yunlin, Meishan in Chiayi, and Alishan in Liji and Dabang. They are cultivated in the most natural way possible without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, preserving the original flavor of the coffee. In 2014, the café won the championship for domestically produced specialty coffee beans.
