Man Shu Qing Ya Gu Keng Specialty Coffee Introduction
Man Shu Qing Ya Coffee House was established in 2013 and is a local specialty coffee brand in Gukeng. It specializes in self-roasted coffee beans, imported/Taiwanese coffee beans, and hand-brewed coffee. The products offered include coffee beans, drip coffee bags, bath coffee bags, and two-in-one/three-in-one coffee, all selected through strict green bean screening before roasting, ensuring high quality and a rich, delicious coffee flavor. The Taiwanese beans are sourced from Yunlin Gukeng, Chiayi Meishan, Alishan Lijia, and Dabang. They are cultivated using methods closest to nature, without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides, preserving the original taste of the coffee. In 2014, it won the championship for domestic specialty coffee beans.
