Established in 1958, Xinyuan Beef Hot Pot was founded by two brothers, Xu Xihong and Xu Xiqi, who were merchants from the Chaoshan region of Guangdong. After arriving in Taiwan in 1958, they established their business in the Pingtung market and developed a unique Guangdong-style satay sauce to enhance the fresh sweetness of the beef in their hot pot. Xinyuan Beef Hot Pot insists on using "grade black cattle," primarily fed with barley and corn, and offers a variety of beef-related dishes. Their professional management and commitment to quality have made this hot pot restaurant, tucked away in an alley, renowned throughout the country.
