Queen Restaurant (Queen Seafood Restaurant) Introduction
When visiting the North Coast to taste seafood, the popular spots for gourmets are Yehliu and Guihou in Wanli District. The Queen's Seafood Restaurant, located in Yehliu, has been run by the third generation and is a well-known seafood restaurant in the area. Using fresh catches from Yehliu Fishing Port as ingredients, combined with the chef's unique culinary creativity, the restaurant’s signature dishes include steamed three-point crabs and less commonly served squid sashimi, as well as light stir-fried sea vegetables and shark meat, all prepared with great care and flavor. Notably, the ingredients for the stir-fried sea vegetables are harvested by diving off the coast of Yehliu, making them extremely fresh and absolutely delicious. These can only be found in the Wanli coastal area, and their varieties change with the seasons, making them a must-try when visiting the North Coast for hot springs and delicious food. Wild three-point crabs from the North Coast are especially plump and delicious in the autumn, known for their sweet meat at affordable prices, and are equally famous as the raw squid, which is caught at night using searchlights, making it a unique delicacy of Yehliu seafood.
