Xinzhuang BBQ Restaurant Introduction
The popular cooked food stall in Xinzhuang District, "Xinzhuang BBQ Shop," is located right across from A-Bao Roasted Chicken. In fact, these two shops are run by the same family; the owner, Yeh Guang-Yu, is the son of Li Bao-Guo. Both stalls sell cooked food in the market—one sells roasted chicken while the other sells roasted pork, chicken rolls, chicken wings, and fried spare ribs. Together, they have become a culinary landmark in the market. With over 30 years of experience inherited from their grandfather's skills at "Dong Bao Restaurant," the braised pork is incredibly delicious. Every day when the shop opens, the nearby oil fryer is constantly sizzling to keep up with the continuous stream of regular customers.
