Xinzhuang Barbecue Restaurant Introduction
The popular cooked food stall in XinZhuang District, "XinZhuang Barbecue Shop," is located right across from A-Bao Roasted Chicken. In fact, these two shops are run by the same family. The owner, Yeh Guang-Yu, is the son of Li Bao-Gui, and both stalls sell cooked food at the market—one selling roasted chicken and the other selling roasted meat, chicken rolls, chicken wings, and fried pork ribs. Together, they have become a food landmark in the market. With over 30 years of experience passed down from "Dong Bao Cafeteria," the red-braised meat is exceptionally delicious. Every day, as soon as the shop opens, the oil pot next door sizzles constantly to accommodate the steady stream of loyal customers.
