Xinzhuang BBQ Restaurant Introduction
The super popular cooked food stall in Xinzhuang District is "Xinzhuang BBQ Meat Shop," located directly across from A-Bao Roast Chicken. In fact, these two shops are run by the same family. The owner, Yeh Guang-Yu, is the son of Li Bao-Gui, and both sell cooked foods at the market: one stall sells roast chicken, while the other offers BBQ meat, chicken rolls, chicken wings, and tender pork ribs. These two stalls have become culinary landmarks in the market. With over 30 years of experience passed down from the craftsmanship of "Dong-Bao Eatery," their red-braised pork is exceptionally delicious. Each day as the shop opens, the nearby oil fryer sizzles continuously to cater to the constant stream of regular customers.
