Xinzhuang Barbecue Restaurant Introduction
The highly popular cooked food stall in Xinzhuang District, "Xinzhuang Barbecue Shop," is located right across from A-Bao Roasted Chicken. In fact, these two shops are run by the same family. The owner, Yeh Guang-Yu, is the son of Li Bao-Gui, and both stalls sell cooked food in the market—one selling roasted chicken and the other selling roasted pork, chicken rolls, chicken wings, and crispy pork ribs. Together, they have become culinary landmarks in the market. With over 30 years of experience passed down from their grandfather's skills at "Dong Bao Diner," the braised pork is very delicious. As soon as the shop opens for business each day, the nearby frying pan sizzles continuously to accommodate the steady stream of regular customers.
