Huang's Hong Kong-style Barbecue Introduction
This food stall, which has been in Tucheng District for over a decade, is run by a couple, Mr. and Mrs. Huang, who are both from Macau. They immigrated to Taiwan more than twenty years ago and have settled in Tucheng, bringing their excellent Cantonese cuisine and roasted meats with them. Originally, Huang's stall only operated outside the market, but as more customers came, they moved inside the market to serve gourmands. The most famous dish at Huang's is roast duck, which sells out quickly before 10:30 AM. The crispy roasted pork is also very popular. Savvy housewives know to wake up early to come buy, and during holidays, they make reservations to ensure they don't leave empty-handed.
