Huang's Hong Kong Style Roasted Meat Introduction

They immigrated to Taiwan over twenty years ago, establishing themselves in Tucheng while bringing their excellent Cantonese cuisine and barbecued meat skills with them. Initially, Huang Ji operated a small stall outside the market, but as their customer base grew, they moved inside the market to serve their gourmet clientele. Huang Ji is best known for its roast duck, which is sold out before 10:30 AM, as well as its popular crispy pork. Savvy local mothers wake up early to purchase these delicacies, and during holidays, advance reservations are necessary to ensure they don't leave empty-handed.
