Huang's Hong Kong Style Roasted Meat Introduction
This well-established street food stall in Tucheng District has been around for over a decade. The owner, Mr. Huang, and his wife are both from Macau and immigrated to Taiwan over twenty years ago, where they settled down in Tucheng and brought their excellent Cantonese cuisine and roasted meat skills with them. Initially, Huang's stall operated outside the market, but as the customer base grew, they moved inside to serve the food enthusiasts. Huang's most famous dish is roasted duck, which sells out quickly by 10:30 in the morning, and crispy roast pork is also very popular. Savvy local mothers often wake up early to purchase, and during festive seasons, advance orders are necessary to avoid disappointment.
