Huang's Hong Kong Style Roast Meat Introduction
This is a long-standing delicatessen stall in Tucheng District that has been around for over a decade. Owner Huang and his wife are both from Macau and immigrated to Taiwan over twenty years ago, establishing their roots in Tucheng and bringing with them excellent skills in Cantonese cuisine and roasted meats. Initially, Huang's stall operated outside the market, but as the number of customers grew, they moved inside the market to serve their loyal patrons. Huang's most famous dish is the roasted duck, which sells out quickly before 10:30 AM each morning. The crispy roasted pork is also very popular, and savvy local customers make sure to come early to get their orders. During holidays, it's essential to make a reservation to avoid returning empty-handed.
