Huang Ji Hong Kong Style Roasted Meat Introduction
This old food stall, which has been in Tucheng District for over a decade, is run by a couple from Macau. They immigrated to Taiwan over twenty years ago and settled in Tucheng, bringing their excellent Cantonese cuisine and barbecued meat skills to Taiwan. Initially, Huang's stall was just a small business outside the market, but as more customers came, they moved inside the market to serve food enthusiasts. The most famous dish at Huang's is the roast duck, which sells out quickly before 10:30 AM. The crispy roasted pork is also very popular, and savvy local mothers often wake up early to buy it. During holidays, customers must place orders in advance to avoid leaving empty-handed.
