Huang's Hong Kong-style Roasted Meat Introduction
This well-established cooked food stall has been in Tucheng District for over a decade. The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Huang, are both from Macau and immigrated to Taiwan over twenty years ago. They settled in Tucheng and brought their excellent Cantonese cuisine and roast meat skills with them to Taiwan. Originally, Huang's stall operated outside the market, but as customer numbers grew, they moved inside the market to better serve food enthusiasts. Huang's most famous dish is roasted duck, which sells out quickly by 10:30 AM. Their crispy roast pork is also very popular. Savvy customers know to wake up early to purchase these delicacies, and during festivals, advance orders are essential to ensure they don't leave empty-handed.
