Located not far from the Bali Left Bank, Bali Yi Zhi Diao Snack Shop may not have extravagant decor, but it is a must-visit for seafood enthusiasts who come to Bali. With over 14 years of history, this seafood restaurant is owned and run by Chef Zheng Kuan-ji, a member of the "Yi Zhi Diao" fishing association composed of fellow fishing enthusiasts. Originally, a few fishing friends would cook and enjoy their catch together, and as their delicious seafood dishes gained popularity, they decided to open a small eatery. Now, Bali Yi Zhi Diao is renowned far and wide, attracting patrons from as far as Taoyuan, who come specifically to sample Chef Zheng's culinary skills.
