Badou Restaurant Introduction
Ba Dou Friendly Restaurant is located in Ba Dou Zi, but we do not want to define ourselves merely as a restaurant. We aim to create a co-creation space that is deeply connected to local life, a meaningful venue for environmental recognition. We mainly engage in tier-three experience services and reservation-based specialty dining. The restaurant uses ingredients including rice, pomelo, fresh seafood, and some meat, collaborating with local farming and fishing communities. We offer fishing village tours and unique DIY activities such as oil-soaked squid and bottle cutting. Additionally, we help sell local specialty products, including craft beer, flying fish sausage, and bubble ice. We do not use disposable utensils and insist on a reservation system for ingredients. Our core philosophy is to promote friendliness, believing that treating our environment with kindness will yield high-quality and nutritious food crops in return.
