Daping Coast Introduction
Daping Coast is a typical wave-cut platform formed by the impact of waves over tens of thousands of years. It features magnificent and unique coastal erosional wonders such as sea caves and tofu rocks, allowing visitors to leisurely stroll and enjoy the stunning seascape. In spring, the rocks here are covered with a blanket of bright green seaweed, earning Daping Coast the nickname "Emerald Secret Paradise." Additionally, one can observe the ecology of the intertidal zone nearby. This place is full of changes: in winter and spring, it boasts lush green algae fields, while in summer and autumn, coastal fossils can be observed. During spring and summer, there is a rich biodiversity in the intertidal zone, and the calm wave-cut platform extends into the sea, offering an endless ocean view. Seabirds fly in flocks across the horizon, and the gentle waves lap against the cliffs, creating a symphony of sounds that beckon visitors. Each season presents a different seaside experience. *Please do not litter and barbecuing is strictly prohibited.*
In winter and spring, the green algae fields are abundant.
A whole patch of bright green seaweed covers the stones, known as the "Emerald Secret."
