The owner, Chen Shumi, is the daughter of the old restaurant A San Bo. She opened "A Miao Yi Mian" across from the Yan Shui Snack City, combining the traditional craftsmanship of the old store with innovative ideas from the new generation, creating a unique dining style. Our restaurant also breaks away from tradition and collaborates with the community to launch "Love Meals," which are provided to those in need.
