The owner, Chen Shu-Miao, is the daughter of the long-established A San Bo restaurant. She opened "A Miao Yi Mian" across from Yanshui Snack City, combining the traditional craftsmanship of the family business with innovative ideas from the new generation to create a unique culinary style. The restaurant also breaks with tradition by collaborating with the community to launch the "Love Meal," which is provided to those in need.
