The owner, Chen Shu-miao, is the daughter of the old shop A San Uncle and has opened "A Miao Yi Mian" across from the Yan Shui Snack City. Combining traditional craftsmanship of the old shop with innovative ideas of the new generation, she has created a unique style of dining. The restaurant also breaks with tradition and collaborates with the community to launch the "Caring Meal," which is provided to those in need.
