It utilizes local specialties such as swordfish, tuna, chicken, shrimp, and cuttlefish as fillings, while using spinach, goji berries, tomato juice, and squid ink for the wrappers, creating green jade fish dumplings; white jade swordfish dumplings; red tomato shrimp dumplings; black squid ink cuttlefish dumplings; and yellow goji chicken dumplings.
