Hai Ching Wang's Sesame Cake Introduction
The original shop was located across from Haiqing Industrial High School, at the entrance of the Self-Service Village. After the Self-Service Village was demolished, it relocated to a new store on Zuoing Road. The shop specializes in a unique type of sesame flatbread. While others typically serve sesame flatbread with fried dough sticks, they offer it with pickled vegetables, resulting in an exceptionally refreshing taste. When the flatbread is cut open, its shape resembles a pocket, so customers humorously refer to it as "pocket bread."
