Haiguang Restaurant Introduction

Originally a US military club, it was transformed into a naval guesthouse after the US troops withdrew and remained that way until the end of 1994 when it became the current Hai Guang Restaurant. The restaurant specializes in Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine, offering classic dishes such as Braised Jaw, Wuxi Ribs, and Smoked Yellow Fish, among many others.
