Neiwei Station Introduction
Neiweih, originally named Neiwe, refers to a settlement established during the Qing Dynasty. The community had walls made of stone or bamboo for protection against bandits, hence the term "Wei." Soldiers were stationed by the local government to protect the area, which led to the name. However, around the time of the recovery of Taiwan, the name was changed from Neiwe to Neiweih. The design of Neiweih Station incorporates the imagery of arched forests as walls, along with a scenic wetland that reflects the regional characteristics of “curved water and fragrant ponds.” ■ Surroundings: Food: MATTONI Deli Café, VASIR Braised Pork Rice Restaurant, Shandong Grandma's Noodle House, Ban Jia Family, Dongmen Teahouse, Chen's Salted Duck, Yu Shan Ge, Crazy Flavor Restaurant Accommodation: Four Seasons Motel, Pacori Hotel, Zhe Yuan Education and Culture Center, Yu Su Commercial Hotel Minghua Building, Lefoo Motel Activities: Museum Park, Neiweipi Cultural Park Shopping: Wei Yi Food Products
